All subscriptions are non-cancellable once payment has been made and the subscription has been activated. By completing payment, you agree that the subscription will remain active for the purchased subscription period.

All payments are final and non-refundable. No refund, credit, or prorated refund will be provided for any subscription, package, service, event, training, booking, or other payment made through our platform.

Please review your order, subscription package, billing details, and payment amount carefully before completing payment.

G100 Network Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or cancel any subscription, account, or transaction that appears fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or in breach of our terms. Fraudulent transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
