Welcome to PG2U. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PG2U web application, related websites, mobile-accessible services, subscriptions, payment features, and connected tools operated by G100 Network Sdn. Bhd.

By accessing PG2U, creating an account, using any feature, submitting information, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using PG2U.

Definitions

Use of PG2U

PG2U is provided to support authorized users with account management, subscriptions, customer management, training, events, referrals, reporting, payment records, Chrome Extension connectivity, and other platform features that we may provide from time to time.

You agree to use PG2U only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, and any instructions or policies shown inside the platform.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activities carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account, billing, contact, and profile details up to date.

You must not share access with unauthorized persons, impersonate another person, misuse another account, or attempt to bypass any access control, subscription restriction, or security feature.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some PG2U features require an active subscription or successful payment. Subscription access, package features, prices, billing periods, and availability may vary depending on the selected package and account type.

You are responsible for reviewing your order, subscription package, billing details, payment amount, and selected service before completing payment.

All subscriptions are non-cancellable once payment has been made and the subscription has been activated. By completing payment, you agree that the subscription will remain active for the purchased subscription period.

All payments are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This no-refund policy applies to all subscriptions, packages, services, events, training, bookings, and any other payments made through PG2U.

User Content and Data

You are responsible for information, files, images, customer records, messages, links, comments, and other content that you submit, upload, send, or manage through PG2U.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permission, and authority to submit such content and that the content does not breach any law, third-party right, confidentiality obligation, platform rule, or these Terms and Conditions.

You grant us permission to process, store, display, transmit, and use submitted content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve PG2U services.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use PG2U to:

  • submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful content;

  • upload malware, spam, unauthorized marketing, or content that may disrupt PG2U or other users;

  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute PG2U content, data, software, or platform access without written permission;

  • access, collect, modify, or disclose data that you are not authorized to access;

  • interfere with security, payment processing, subscription controls, system integrity, or platform availability.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, PG2U, its platform features, design, text, graphics, software, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by G100 Network Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may access and use PG2U for your permitted personal or business use only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, rent, sublicense, republish, or redistribute any PG2U material except where we have expressly allowed it.

Third-Party Services

PG2U may connect to third-party services such as payment gateways, email providers, messaging providers, browser extensions, analytics tools, hosting providers, and other service providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and processing rules.

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, errors, rejection, or failures caused by third-party services, banks, payment gateways, network providers, devices, browsers, or external systems outside our control.
